2019학년도 가을학기 개학일(2019년 9월 21일)
안녕하세요~!
지난 9월 7일 신입생 입학식 및 1차 인터뷰 행사 및 교사연수회를 NE지역 12개 학교 선생님들이 함께 참가한 가운데 잘 마쳤습니다.
학생들의 반배정 리스트 준비가 늦어져 자녀의 반배정 안내가 지연되고 있으나 곧 안내해 드리겠습니다.
2019학년도 첫 날 수업 시작은 9시 30분 (등교 시간: 9시 20분)이며 10시 15분부터 35분까지 강당에서 개학식을 가질 예정입니다.
학부모님도 참석해 주셔서 힘차게 시작하는 학생들과 선생님들께 큰 박수와 격려를 부탁드립니다.
<1> 주요 알림
(1) 오후반 특별활동은 첫날부터 시작됩니다.
* 수업을 듣는 신입생들은 교실 위치를 미리 확인시켜 주시고 학교에서도 선생님들께서 반 위치를 잘 안내할 수 있도록 하겠습니다.
1) 태권도반 (도널드 커피스 사범 978-726-0441) * 도복은 첫날 수업 때 주문하시거나 또는 각자 준비함
2) 사물놀이팀 (김경선 선생님 617-913-9348): 첫날 수업 때 안내할 것입니다.
3) 발레반 (이영미 선생님 781-640-6574): 발레복과 신발은 되도록 핑크색으로 준비:
4) 붓글씨반 (정성렬 선생님 646-670-1810): 선생님께서 붓 등 기본 장비 구입을 단체로 구입하십니다.
5) 미술1반 (지도 강현희 선생님 617-875-0648): 기본 준비물을 안내해 드리겠습니다.
6) 미술2반 (지도 강승연 선생님 201-450-0665): 기본 준비물을 안내해 드리겠습니다.

<3> 첫 날 일정 안내/1st day schedule
1) 1교시/1st Period: 09:30-10:10
2) Opening Ceremony: 10:15-10:35 (School Auditorium)
3) 점심시간/Lunch:
* 기초 & 세종과정: 11:20~11:40
* 초급, 중급 및 고급과정:11:40~12:00
4) 3교시/3rd Period: 11:40~12:40 (기초, 세종과정 & 성인반) * 12:00~12:40 (초-중-고급과정)
5) 오후특별활동수업/Afterschool Program: 12:45~1:40
6) 전체 교사회의(#126 교실) /Teachers Meeting: 12:50~1:40pm
* 오후 2시에 학교 문을 닫습니다(늦지 않도록 자녀를 데리러 와 주십시오).
* 가정에 급한 일로 제 시간에 도착하지 못하는 경우 남일 교장 (508) 523-5389 또는 이메일 koreanschool.ne@gmail.com 으로 미리 연락주십시오.
<4> 첫 날 수업 준비물은 담임 선생님께서 안내해 주실 것이며 기본적으로 가방과 필기도구 및 점심/간식을 준비해 주시면 됩니다.
* 점심은 가정에서 또는 학교 카페테리아에서 판매하는 음식을 이용해도 됩니다.
* 판매되는 음식은 김밥, 떡, 떡볶이, 음료수 등이 준비되어 있습니다.

Dear KSNE Parents, Students and Teachers!
Welcome and Thank you for entrusting your children’s education to us!
I always look forward to this time of the year and I am so pleased to welcome all of you as we start the 2019~’20 academic year.
The communications both through the KSNE Homepage (www.ksneusa.org) and email to us will help you navigate those first few exhilarating weeks of school. As of your reminder, the 1st day of the 2019 fall semester begins from Sept. 21 and students should arrive at school by 9:20am.
We are truly blessed in a time of change.
Our opening enrollment is another excellent year that it has been continued in several years with more than seventy new students.
The school has not yet started, however it appears that the KSNE’s various fall programs for the children will also have a large number of students.
This represents great commitment on the part of parents to Korean School of New England.
I truly welcome you again to the Korean School of New England.
1. Pick up child & Lunch Information
* School building is close at 2pm and please be sure to arrive on time for pick-up.
* In the case of you are unable to pick-up your child on time, contact Principal Nam at 508-523-5389.
* The class materials such as; basic materials include a backpack, writing utensils, and a lunch will notify you by each homeroom teacher.
* Lunch should either be brought personally or purchased in the school cafeteria.
* Food available for purchase includes Kimbab(김밥), Rice Cakes(떡), pasteries(빵), Ddeok-bok-yi(떡볶이), and drinks as well.
* Revenues from PTA lunch table will return to your childen and school.
2. Opening Ceremony on Sep.21, 2019 : 10:15~10:35am at Auditorium
3. After School Program : Will begin from 1st day and teachers may notify you what to bring.
